Success Story
Congrats Mr. Rhoderick!
Mr. Rhoderick was hospitalized due to a sudden onset of difficulty breathing and generalized weakness. He was later found to have had an acute metabolic encephalopathy episode upon assessment at the hospital. Mr. Rhoderick needed a walker and assistance to stand and get in and out of bed when he arrived at Northampton Manor.
The Reliant Rehabilitation team evaluated him and started to help him regain his independence in only a couple days. Mr. Rhoderick was eager every day to come to therapy and enjoyed working on getting back his independence. Mr. Rhoderick often stated that he enjoyed his time together with the therapist and was thankful for all their assistance.
Mr. Rhoderick is very happy with his speedy recovery, and his family reported he is doing amazing. He was able return to walking without a walker independently outside and plans to get back to walking around his community again. Congratulations Mr. Rhoderick! We are so proud of your efforts and accomplishments on your road to recovery.
